Silicone rubber tube end caps provide a removable protective cover over the exposed tube ends. The internal diameter and engagement length should follow the tube's outside dimensions, including any coating or formed edge. The cap needs enough depth to sit properly without being forced against the tube end before its sidewall has engaged.
Inspect the tube edge before fitting. A burr can cut the cap from the inside, leaving damage that is initially hidden by the installed position. Remove debris from both the tube end and the cap cavity so particles are not trapped against the covered surface.
Custom dimensions, hardness and color options allow the part to be matched to the tube and handling conditions. Evaluate retention during the actual movement or storage process, particularly if adjacent objects can brush against the cap. When removing it, grip the intended exposed area rather than stretching only one thin edge. Any requirement to contain liquid or pressure needs assessment of the complete cap and tube arrangement. Replace caps with internal cuts or a permanently enlarged opening.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The internal diameter and engagement length should follow the tube's outside dimensions, including any coating or formed edge. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
