Product Overview

Custom fitness rubber grips provide the hand-contact surface on designated equipment handles. The compound and profile should be chosen around repeated handling and the cleaning routine used on that equipment, while the retained interface keeps the grip correctly located on its support.

ETOL offers custom sizes, colors, hardness choices and molded logo features. Evaluate the grip on the actual handle, including the available hand space and the contact around any raised details. A loose sample cannot show how wall thickness and the underlying support combine in the finished grip.

Assess the attachment through the equipment's required conditions and inspect for rotation or movement at the ends. The grip surface does not establish the structural capacity of the handle assembly. During care, use a cleaning method compatible with the selected rubber and avoid residue that changes the contact feel. If the grip becomes loose or torn, address it before continued use and retain the specified attachment, dimensions and material when fitting a replacement.

Material options
Custom rubber compound and color, selected for the contact conditions and required geometry.
Hardness range
30–90 Shore A for rubber. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Evaluate the grip on the actual handle, including the available hand space and the contact around any raised details.
Custom profile & fit
A loose sample cannot show how wall thickness and the underlying support combine in the finished grip.
Assembly considerations
If the grip becomes loose or torn, address it before continued use and retain the specified attachment, dimensions and material when fitting a replacement.
Design check
Assess the attachment through the equipment's required conditions and inspect for rotation or movement at the ends.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
