Custom table protective feet pads place a rubber interface at the floor contact beneath a table. The adhesive should bond to a stable area of each foot, and the pad outline should remain clear of features that prevent it from lying flat.
ETOL can customize structure, material, dimensions, hardness and color. Inspect the underside of the table feet before selecting the shape. A recessed center or protruding fastener may mean the apparent foot outline is larger than the surface available for bonding.
Support the table and prepare each attachment area for the chosen adhesive. Position the pads without stretching them, then allow the required bond development before applying the table's weight. Check contact on a clean, level surface so a partially bonded pad does not introduce rocking. Lift the table for relocation rather than dragging an exposed pad edge along the floor. During cleaning, inspect for trapped grit and lifted corners. Replace a loose pad after cleaning its mounting face, and review the position if the same edge repeatedly catches during movement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
