Silicone rubber crutch tips provide a fitted ground contact for a compatible support. Size, color and compound options allow the tip to be developed around the intended device. The receiving cavity and base should match the original support arrangement rather than merely resemble another rubber cover.
When fitting a replacement, check how far the support enters. A tip that remains partly seated can change the assembled length and concentrate force inside the cavity. Examine the support end for sharp damage before insertion, then verify that the base is not folded or tilted after seating.
Inspect wear at the center as well as around the outer edge. The support may bear into the inside while the surrounding sidewall still looks sound. Keep grit out of the base and replace a tip that loosens, splits or wears through. Use the correct compatible version for the device, preserving its intended contact geometry. A visibly different base should not be treated as an equivalent replacement solely because its cavity accepts the same tube.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
