A silicone tool handle surface should suit the underlying handle and leave the tool's working mechanism clear. The receiving profile retains the molded part, while the external shape determines the usable handhold. A sleeve that extends too far can meet a moving joint or reduce access to a nearby control.
Define the grip length and contour with the complete tool in its normal operating positions. The selected compound should suit the expected exposure and cleaning routine. The rubber component does not replace the structural handle or establish the tool's load capability.
Check retention and clearance after fitting through the intended arrangement. The cover should not rotate or slide independently under ordinary hand forces. During maintenance, remove contamination and inspect the ends for splitting, particularly where the handle shape changes. Replace an insecure or damaged cover with the correct profile rather than forcing extra material into the same area and altering the hand position or clearance around the mechanism.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The receiving profile retains the molded part, while the external shape determines the usable handhold. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
