A sponge rubber handle grip provides a compressible contact around an exercise-bar support. When the supporting tube is plastic, its shape and stiffness need to be considered alongside the foam sleeve. The grip should fit without distorting the support or relying on excessive compression to remain located.
Check the usable length and the features the sleeve must pass during assembly. The entry edge should not be dragged across a sharp molding seam or projecting detail. The final position needs to leave surrounding controls, end fittings, or moving components clear of the hand contact area.
Evaluate the completed bar through its intended movement, watching for rotation or sliding between foam and tube. A soft outside surface does not establish the strength of the support or the equipment. During care, remove residues using a method suitable for both materials and inspect for tears at the sleeve ends. If the foam develops a lasting compressed area or the fit becomes loose, assess whether the grip still provides its intended position and contact before continued use.
The exercise-grip photos are structural and material references. ETOL's factory can customize silicone and rubber profiles around your exercise bar, matching the sleeve bore and outer contour to the required fit and cushioning.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
