An anti dust rubber plug should be kept clean while it is removed so it does not carry debris back into the opening. The silicone stopper profile needs to match the seat and leave practical handling access for repeated fitting. A plug that becomes difficult to grip can tempt removal at a thin contact edge, increasing the chance of damage.
Check insertion depth and the condition of the receiving surface. Select the compound for the actual temperature, substances, and cleaning process. If water resistance is required as well as dust protection, assess the complete closure under the relevant exposure rather than assuming the same fit establishes both functions.
Insert in line with the opening and inspect the edge for a fold or trapped particle. During reuse, check the contact band and handling area separately for tears. Replace a part that no longer recovers its intended shape. Correct a damaged opening or obstructed fitting route before installing another plug into the same position.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The silicone stopper profile needs to match the seat and leave practical handling access for repeated fitting. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
