A mini USB rubber cover closes a designated unused Mini-USB opening with a custom silicone part. The portion outside the port is as important as the inserted profile: it gives the user a place to handle the cover without touching the connector interior. That exposed area needs to remain reachable after the device is fully assembled.
Check removal with neighboring cables and accessories in their normal positions. A cover that can be grasped on an empty housing may become awkward beside another connection. The head should offer suitable access without projecting into a moving cover or preventing the device from resting normally.
The inserted portion must correspond to the specific receptacle and stop at its intended seat. Do not use deeper insertion to hold an incorrectly shaped cover in place. Before reconnecting a cable, take the cover out of the opening and keep its fitting end away from dust on the work surface. Examine the junction between the handling area and inserted body for tearing during reuse. The cover's fit is specific to this connector arrangement; Mini-USB and Micro-USB profiles require separate geometries.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
