Custom foam handle bar grips should be developed around the supporting handle and the path used to fit them. A bend, enlarged end or surface feature may prevent a finished sleeve from sliding directly into place. Establishing the assembly sequence avoids overstretching the foam simply to reach its final position.
Dimensions, material and color can match the tool or handlebar design. Define the bore, usable length and outside thickness together, then evaluate the installed hand shape. Nearby controls or joints should remain clear of the grip ends.
During fitting, support the foam along its length and avoid pulling only on a thin edge. Verify that the installed grip cannot rotate or move outward under representative handling. Use a method compatible with the foam and handle finish. During maintenance, inspect for tears, bunching or permanent compression at heavily used areas. If the underlying handle changes, review both the installation path and final retention before carrying the same grip into the revised assembly solely because its nominal bore appears suitable.
The tool-grip photos illustrate structure and material only. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts, matching the bore, hand-contact contour and working length to your tool shaft and grip requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
