A silicone USB port cap should be developed around the actual enclosure recess and connector position. The cap needs to contact its intended seat without pressing against internal connector features. Its outside face should remain accessible for removal while fitting the surrounding product surface.
Custom dimensions, hardness, material and color can match the device. Define the insertion depth and the surfaces responsible for retention or sealing. A cap that visually covers the opening does not establish waterproofing; the complete device needs assessment under the intended exposure conditions.
Check fitting with representative housings and connector positions. Small alignment changes can affect whether the cap sits evenly. Keep the recess free of lint or particles before closure and avoid forcing a misaligned cap into place. During repeated access, inspect the gripping region and narrow body for tearing or lasting distortion. If seating becomes inconsistent, review the cap and recess together rather than pushing the part deeper. The intended cable should also remain able to connect fully when the cap is removed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
