A mini USB rubber plug can be custom molded for a device where the unused interface needs a removable closure. The connector profile and recess depth should be defined together. A plug that reaches the correct seat still needs an exposed area that remains practical to grip.
Check the space around the opening after neighboring cables or accessories are fitted. The handling feature should not disappear inside the recess or become trapped beside another connector. The silicone section should follow the intended insertion path without being folded against the case edge.
Fit the plug cleanly and in the correct orientation, using controlled pressure rather than forcing resistance. When access is needed, use the designed gripping area instead of a pointed tool inside the port. During care, inspect the small transitions for tears and keep the removed part away from contamination. Replace with the matching mini USB and enclosure profile so that both the closed position and removal access remain as intended.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The connector profile and recess depth should be defined together. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
