A USB silicone plug stopper cap closes a selected port area with a flexible molded part. Its engaging edge establishes how the cap sits, while the accessible outer section allows removal. Repeated handling should act on that intended outer section rather than pull at a thin sealing or locating edge.
The custom shape needs to suit the port format and the surrounding recess. Give the user enough exposed area to handle the part without a sharp tool. A deep recess may require a different face profile from a port close to the outer wall. Assess how the cap comes out as well as how neatly it looks when fitted.
Material and color choices can be coordinated with the device. Inspect narrow edges for tears or permanent distortion if removal becomes difficult. Before replacing the cap, clear loose contamination from its contact surfaces. The intended part should seat evenly in its normal orientation; pushing harder is not a suitable remedy for a damaged edge or an incorrect fit.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
