Match the attachment and installation method
Blue BIIR rubber plugs in a 14.4 mm size configuration provide custom closures whose complete body and head geometry should match the receiving opening. The nominal reference and color help identify a version, but the insertion depth and seating features establish the actual fit.
Keep the blue part associated with its intended formulation and dimensions when several stoppers are handled together. A neighboring size can look similar while engaging the opening differently. Insert the plug into a clean seat without folding the body, then inspect the final position after any retaining components are installed. Select the BIIR formulation and color configuration for the relevant contact and processing conditions, including the requirements of a medical application where used. After removal, inspect the working surfaces rather than judging only the exposed head. Replacement should preserve the full profile and material assignment, and changes to the receiving component should be considered even when the 14.4 mm size reference remains unchanged.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
