USB rubber plugs provide custom molded covers for unused connector openings. The black rubber profile should match the actual USB type and the surrounding housing, including any recess that changes the seating depth. The closure should locate without applying unwanted force to electrical contacts.
Check the opening shape and accessible area for removal. Similar USB names do not identify interchangeable port dimensions, and a cover intended for a flush connector may not fit a recessed one. The retaining portion should match the intended receiving surface rather than being forced deeper to stay in place.
Keep the plug clean before insertion so dust is not carried into the port. Remove it before connecting a cable and store it where the contact area remains free of grit. Inspect the rubber for tears or loosening after repeated use. A dust-cover function does not establish a waterproof or electrical-protection rating for the device. The complete port and housing arrangement determines those requirements, and replacements should preserve the exact connector fit.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
