A round rubber buffer provides a compliant contact beneath an equipment base or at another designed support point. When several buffers are used, their relationship to the base matters: they should meet the supporting surface as intended rather than leaving one part lightly loaded and another carrying most of the contact.
Custom dimensions, material and hardness can be developed for the assembly. Check the mounting areas and the required height of the black round feet, including any local recess or uneven base feature. A consistent loose-part height does not guarantee consistent installed contact if the mounting faces differ.
Evaluate the complete assembly on its intended surface through the required operating conditions. Inspect for rocking, displacement or contact with nearby rigid parts that bypass the rubber. The resulting vibration behavior depends on the full support arrangement. During maintenance, compare the fitted positions before changing one buffer to a different size, since that change can redistribute contact across the remaining supports as well as the replaced part.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
