Rubber dust boots form a flexible cover over a matching moving assembly. Their folded body helps accommodate movement while enclosing the area beneath it. The cover should be designed so routine inspection remains practical, especially where wear or contamination needs to be checked at the underlying joint.
Identify how the boot is removed and refitted before selecting the end profile. A connection that requires pulling the entire folded wall over a sharp feature can damage a serviceable part during maintenance. The installed length should also leave enough movement without allowing excess material to rub against surrounding hardware.
Custom material, hardness, color and dimensions are available from ETOL. Trial the cover through the normal operating travel, then check access using the equipment's intended service sequence.
Clean the outside before opening the covered area so loose dirt is not carried inside during removal. Inspect the fold valleys and attachment edges for cuts before reuse. Refit the boot without a twist and confirm that both ends are seated. If repeated servicing leaves the entrance stretched, review that fit instead of securing it with an improvised attachment.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
