A rubber function keypad can use colored buttons to help separate frequently used commands from less common adjustments. Color works best as part of a clear control arrangement: position, shape and readable legends should also identify each action, especially where users may work under uneven lighting.
In a custom molded layout, button spacing and height influence whether neighboring functions can be selected independently. Large fingers or gloves may need more separation than bare-finger operation. A shared rubber sheet also needs adequate support between keys so pressing one area does not unintentionally move another.
Choose the color scheme around the device's actual functions rather than using several colors simply for decoration. Check the finished panel in its normal viewing orientation and under expected lighting. Marks should remain easy to distinguish against the chosen button color. For cleaning, use a method compatible with both the rubber and any printed surfaces. Abrasive wiping can change the appearance of a key even when its mechanical action still feels normal.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
