Colorful silicone handles can provide fitted hand-contact surfaces that coordinate with a gym-equipment design. Different colors may distinguish grip positions or product variants, while the dimensions and hardness determine the installed feel. Custom logos can be engraved or embossed for the selected version.
Review color and marking placement on the assembled handle, including how the hand covers the surface. Identification should remain useful without putting a raised feature beneath a heavily loaded area of the palm. The internal profile needs to hold the grip securely through the intended movements.
Compare feel using the actual supporting core. A change in wall thickness can matter as much as a change in silicone hardness, especially near the ends. Keep the cover clear of adjacent hardware and choose the formulation for the equipment's cleaning routine. During inspection, look for rotation on the core and for lifting at the opening. Replace worn parts with the correct fit and material rather than selecting solely by color, since similar-looking versions can differ in their hand-contact and retention behavior.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A change in wall thickness can matter as much as a change in silicone hardness, especially near the ends. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
