Conductive carbon pill rubber keypads place contact elements beneath custom molded operating faces. For a remote control, the visible layout and the circuit positions should be developed together. A large or offset button face may require a different supporting geometry from a smaller neighboring key even when both share the same mat.
Use the circuit pattern and enclosure locating features as the references for alignment. The rubber should settle into position without stretching between those points. Each carbon pill needs to approach its intended contact through the movement established by the button and surrounding web.
Test the keypad in the closed remote housing, including presses near the edges of broad keys. Check that one action does not move an adjacent button out of its resting position. Keep the conductive regions free from handling residue during assembly. Before fastening the case, make sure the mat is flat and every key is free within its opening. If servicing requires removal, preserve the orientation and recheck the complete control sequence after the keypad is refitted.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
