Conductive silicone membrane keypads combine a flexible user interface with contact positions that must correspond to the underlying circuit. The custom molded shape can accommodate a group of keys or an individual button, allowing the visible arrangement and the electrical layout to develop together. Key spacing and overall geometry should be established around the actual circuit board and housing.
The underside deserves as much attention as the front face. Each contact needs to meet its intended position when the key moves, without resting against it continuously. Board support, the gap below the membrane, and the travel allowed by the enclosure all contribute to this relationship. Changing only the visible button height may therefore affect operation elsewhere in the assembly.
During installation, avoid touching contact surfaces with oily hands or placing debris between the keypad and board. A complete functional check is especially useful after the case has been tightened, because the housing fixes the final working position of the membrane.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
