Product Overview

Conductive silicone remote buttons combine printed user information with an underside contact arrangement. The same locating geometry should keep each legend visible in its housing opening and each conductive feature aligned with the matching circuit area.

ETOL can customize the shape, dimensions, colors and marking details. Establish the full remote layout before finalizing the printing position. A keypad that shifts slightly can misalign the electrical contact even when the legend still appears acceptable through a generous panel opening.

During fitting, keep both the printed face and conductive underside free of residue. Inspect alignment before closure and evaluate response afterward with the complete circuit. Check keys near the ends of the layout, where a stretched web may produce more noticeable offset.

Use cleaning methods compatible with both the print and contact construction. If a button becomes unreliable after service, inspect the shared locating features, board support and resting clearance before altering a conductive surface. If the face is being abraded, correct the corresponding panel edge. Replace damaged components through the intended assembly method so both the visible identification and the electrical contact return to their designed positions.

Material options
Silicone. Custom formulation and color for the intended contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A. Check keys near the ends of the layout, where a stretched web may produce more noticeable offset.
Custom dimensions
The same locating geometry should keep each legend visible in its housing opening and each conductive feature aligned with the matching circuit area.
Fit & assembly

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
