Silicone buttons need sufficient clearance around their moving walls to reach and leave the switching position. The custom shape should follow the enclosure opening without depending on rubbing contact to locate the part. A button can feel acceptable during a central press yet catch when the user presses near its edge.
Coordinate the support beneath the button with its top shape and available travel. The locating features should keep the part aligned while leaving the flexible region free to move. Select the silicone configuration and visible markings around the intended equipment and handling conditions.
Fit without stretching the rubber and test the button after the housing is fully assembled. Include off center presses and verify the input releases correctly with the actual electronics. During service, compare wear on the button wall with the surrounding opening. Correct interference or a shifted support before replacement so the new part is not immediately loaded against the same edge that affected the previous button.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
