Custom vacuum cups with hooks require a contact design suited to the surface and the direction of the attached load. For a high temperature application, select the finished rubber formulation according to the temperature and duration actually encountered at the cup. The hook arrangement and mating surface should be assessed under the same conditions.
Check how the attached item acts on the cup. A hanging or projecting component can create a tendency to peel one edge rather than pull uniformly from the surface. Evaluate the complete attachment at its intended orientation and exposure instead of assigning a holding value from cup size alone.
Keep the contacting rim clean using a method compatible with the material. During inspection, look for changes in shape or surface condition after thermal exposure. Release suction before pulling on the hook during removal, so the cup is not stretched through its attachment. If the working environment changes, reassess the complete arrangement rather than assuming the original material remains suitable for a different temperature cycle.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
