A printed silicone keypad connects visible function labels with the physical positions of a PCB-based control arrangement. Artwork and board layout should be coordinated so each printed command corresponds to the intended underlying input. A correctly printed surface can still give the wrong user experience if the molded sheet is offset or installed in the wrong orientation.
Define the locating features alongside the key pattern. The housing should hold the sheet so its actuators or contact areas register with the board while leaving the active sections free to move. Legend size and contrast need evaluation on the actual key geometry, especially for compact symbols or curved surfaces.
Check every function after the enclosure is assembled, including keys near the sheet perimeter. The printing does not determine the electrical sensing method or establish compatibility with any PCB. During maintenance, protect both the visible marks and the underside contact region from abrasive cleaning and residue. Reassembly should restore the original registration so the controls remain correctly labeled and independently operable.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The housing should hold the sheet so its actuators or contact areas register with the board while leaving the active sections free to move. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
