A compression molded soft rubber gasket ring can follow the circular contact path of a custom joint. Material, size, and color can be adapted to the assembly. The soft section needs appropriate support from the mating parts so that its deformation occurs where the design intends.
Define the ring's inside diameter, outside diameter, and thickness alongside the seat. A wide unsupported edge can be displaced as the joint closes, while an unsuitable inner opening can catch against a locating feature. The available compression should be controlled by the assembly rather than judged only by how soft the loose ring feels.
Choose the compound for the medium and temperature at the interface. Install the ring flat on clean surfaces and check that it remains centered before closure. If fasteners establish the joint position, use their intended sequence and settings. During servicing, inspect the ring for extrusion or a lasting change in section. A replacement should reproduce the required geometry and material rather than simply being softer or thicker than the removed component.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
