A silicone rubber bellow cover encloses a moving interface with a folded rubber wall. The folds allow the cover to change shape as the enclosed parts move, while the end profiles establish its connection to the surrounding assembly. Custom dimensions, hardness and color support a design matched to the mechanism.
Begin with the two attachment positions through the entire movement. Their closest and furthest separation define only part of the required geometry. Any sideways offset or change in angle also affects where the folds open and where they approach one another. The relaxed cover length should therefore be considered together with the installed motion rather than copied from one stopped position.
At the compressed position, leave room for the folded material. It should not be trapped between a bracket and the moving component or forced into a sharp corner. At extension, check that the cover still has the intended shape rather than becoming the component that limits the mechanism's travel. Its outer envelope also matters: a fold that clears nearby hardware when relaxed may move toward it during operation.
Fit the ends in their correct orientation without winding the cover around its axis. A twist introduced at assembly can make one side fold differently and concentrate contact in a small area. Check that the end attachment retains the rubber without pinching the active folds.
Choose the silicone formulation for the substances and cleaning conditions around the mechanism. During maintenance, remove accumulated material from between folds using a method that does not damage the wall, then inspect the end transitions and fold valleys for cuts. Access for this inspection is useful to consider when positioning the cover within the equipment.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
