A soft silicone button provides a flexible touch surface within a custom rubber keypad. The molded shape can be developed around a selected enclosure opening and switching arrangement. The softness experienced by the finger depends on the button geometry and its support as well as the selected silicone material.
The resting position should leave room for the intended press and release movement. A button squeezed by the enclosure can feel different from the loose part and may return slowly if an edge drags against the panel. Review the assembled key at the center and around its perimeter.
Size and color can be selected for the product interface. Avoid using extra housing compression to correct a poorly located key, because that can change its travel. During ordinary care, remove surface deposits without forcing material into the moving clearance. A key that no longer returns naturally should be inspected as part of the complete keypad assembly before further operation.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
