Match the attachment and installation method
Custom silicone rubber suction cups can be shaped for the surface and attachment arrangement they need to serve. Material, dimensions, hardness, and color are adjustable design choices. The cup face should begin with a suitable contact area rather than with an assumed holding capability based on size.
Compare the surface's smoothness, curvature, and available space with the complete cup rim. A cup positioned across a seam or near an edge may not seat continuously. The connection above the cup also matters because it determines whether force is applied centrally or tends to peel one side away.
Evaluate the selected geometry with the actual attached item and orientation. Keep the load supported while establishing the intended arrangement. Before placement, clean both contacting surfaces and press the cup without twisting the rim. Release an edge deliberately for removal rather than pulling sharply through the attachment. Inspect the lip before reuse and store cups where their contact faces will not be crushed beneath other parts or contaminated by loose particles.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
