A silicone baby mouth part is a custom molded component that must be developed around the complete infant product in which it will be used. Shape, size, softness, and attachment geometry all influence the finished design. Color can be customized, but appearance should remain secondary to the suitability of the material and the integrity of the assembled item.
Pay particular attention to transitions between the mouth-contact area and the portion retained by the product. Thin sections, sharp changes in geometry, and detachable features need careful assessment within the intended design. The component should not be treated as a universal replacement for an existing infant item simply because its general shape looks similar.
Select the silicone formulation for the intended oral-contact use and cleaning conditions. The completed product needs its own assessment of material suitability, retention, and foreseeable use; a molded component alone cannot establish the safety of the whole assembly. Any required age guidance and care instructions should belong to that finished product.
Inspect the part during normal care for tears, damaged edges, or other changes that could affect its integrity. Use the cleaning method established for the assembled item and replace damaged components through its intended replacement system. Do not modify the shape or add improvised attachments that alter how the mouth part is retained.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
