EPDM pipe plugs fit matching pipe openings where the selected rubber and geometry must suit the actual service. The direction of any pressure difference affects how the closure is retained, so sealing contact and resistance to displacement should be considered together. A plug fitted for temporary debris protection should not be treated as a pressure closure without a suitable complete design.
Check the pipe bore, usable depth, and entrance condition. Include any ovality or damage at the cut end that may interrupt contact. Select the EPDM compound around the medium, temperature, and cleaning exposure, then evaluate the completed closure under its relevant conditions.
Insert the plug in line with the pipe and preserve the intended access for removal. Keep residue and sharp edges away from the rubber contact band. Before removing a plug from operating equipment, place the system in the appropriate condition for safe opening. Inspect the part after removal for cuts or persistent deformation, and correct a damaged pipe seat before installing a replacement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
