Product Overview

A custom silicone electric toothbrush design requires the molded silicone portion to fit the intended toothbrush structure and contact conditions. Shape, dimensions, color, and hardness can be adapted to that product. The relevant details depend on which part of the toothbrush the silicone forms and how it connects to the supporting assembly.

For an oral contact component, select the formulation for the actual contact and cleaning conditions. Geometry should be assessed with the complete toothbrush, including any connection to the moving assembly. A loose molded sample does not reproduce the support or motion it experiences after installation. Any interface that retains the silicone should remain secure without distorting the intended contact surface.

Consider cleaning access around transitions and attachment areas so that residue is not left in concealed recesses. Inspect the molded part for damage during routine care and preserve the correct fit when replacing a component. The finished toothbrush determines operating motion and performance; those characteristics need to be evaluated with its drive system and full construction. Custom silicone dimensions alone do not establish cleaning effectiveness or compatibility with an existing toothbrush model.

Material options
Custom silicone formulation and color for the specified shape and working environment.
Hardness range
20–80 Shore A for silicone. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Any interface that retains the silicone should remain secure without distorting the intended contact surface.
Custom profile & fit
Shape, dimensions, color, and hardness can be adapted to that product.
Assembly considerations

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
