Product Overview

Exercise silicone handles provide a rubber hand-contact surface for an appropriately designed exercise accessory or piece of equipment. Their dimensions and compound can be customized, with color and logo options available. The handle should be developed together with the supporting core and attachment, since comfort and secure retention depend on the complete construction.

Consider how the hand moves during the intended exercise. A grip held briefly at one angle can feel different when it is pulled or rotated repeatedly. Check the available finger clearance and the position of any edge or logo relative to the palm. The rubber should not slide into a neighboring moving part or pinch point.

The load-bearing attachment must be suitable for the equipment. A soft cover adds a contact surface but should not be assumed to replace a structural connection. Evaluate the assembled handle through the intended movement, looking for rotation on the core and concentrated stretching near the ends.

Select the formulation for hand contact and the cleaning routine used on the finished equipment. During inspection, check the areas that flex when the handle is pulled, where small tears can be less visible than surface wear. Keep the grip securely located and replace a damaged component before returning the equipment to its intended use.

Material options
Custom silicone or rubber formulation, with dimensions and color adapted to the mating component.
Hardness range
Silicone: 20–80 Shore A; rubber: 30–90 Shore A. Assess the grade against this fit requirement: Evaluate the assembled handle through the intended movement, looking for rotation on the core and concentrated stretching near the ends.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
