An industrial suction cup should be shaped around the part or surface it contacts during the intended process. The rim needs a continuous seating path, so local seams, curvature, or texture matter alongside overall workpiece size. The silicone formulation and mounting interface should be selected for the actual environment and handling arrangement.
Check the direction of load and the movement used after contact is established. A mounting point offset from the load can introduce peeling at one side of the rim. Where a vacuum system is used, include its actual supply, sequence, and release conditions in the assessment.
Keep the contact area clean and inspect the cup for cuts or persistent shape changes. Observe approach and release for rubbing or dragging rather than looking only at the resting position. During maintenance, compare repeated wear with the workpiece feature at that location. Correcting the contact arrangement may be necessary before another cup can perform its intended role in the same industrial process.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
