A micro usb rubber cover needs to follow the connector opening as it sits within the device housing. Custom molded dimensions can account for a recessed or closely surrounded port. The insertion profile and exposed face should be selected together so that the cover seats without pressing against an unintended edge.
Measure the space around the port, including the depth between the case surface and connector. A cover may match the connector shape yet stop early against the housing. The handling area should remain reachable after the part is seated.
Keep the cover clean and use its intended orientation during fitting. Stop if the part does not follow its normal path rather than applying extra force near the connector. Protection should be assessed on the complete device under its intended conditions. During maintenance, inspect the contact and gripping regions for tears. Replace with the matching recess and connector profile instead of choosing another cover solely because it is labeled for micro USB.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
