A rubber sleeve for cable applications surrounds a defined length of the cable with a flexible silicone tube. Its custom bore and wall thickness should suit the cable and the available routing space. The sleeve needs to follow the cable's path without creating a tight bend at either end.
Consider the installation sequence before selecting the internal diameter. A connector may be larger than the cable jacket, so the sleeve may need to be fitted before that connector is assembled. Stretching the tube excessively over an obstruction can damage the end or alter its fit along the cable.
Keep the sleeve clear of sharp brackets and avoid clamping it so tightly that the cable beneath is distorted. The chosen compound should be compatible with the jacket and surrounding conditions. A flexible tube does not by itself establish an electrical insulation rating or a strain relief function. During inspection, examine the sleeve ends for wear and check whether the cable has shifted enough to expose an area the sleeve was intended to cover.
The sleeve photos are for structural and material reference. ETOL's factory customizes silicone and rubber profiles to your cable diameter, routing space and installation access, with the bore, wall thickness and length developed together.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
