Custom silicone toys allow a molded shape, color and size to be developed for a particular play or decorative concept. The finished design should distinguish an item intended only for display from one that will be handled as a toy. That decision affects the shape, the way separate features are retained and the material requirements for the finished product.
Begin with the intended users and handling. Thin projecting details may give the desired appearance but need enough support to avoid becoming easily damaged. Where the design includes separate pieces, assess their attachment and the possibility of them becoming loose. A flexible material should not be used to justify fragile connections simply because a sample can stretch.
Color can be customized to a Pantone reference, and logo details can be incorporated for the required appearance. Review those choices on the full molded form, since curved surfaces and small features can change the way a decoration looks. Keep important visual details clear without introducing unnecessary recesses that collect dirt.
The food grade wording describes an intended material requirement; it does not establish suitability for every age group, mouthing use or care method. Select the finished compound and evaluate the whole product for its actual role. Cleanability, feature retention and practical handling should be considered together.
Inspect a representative finished item after the handling and cleaning expected in use. Look for tears at narrow joins, loose components and damage that changes the surface. Keep the evaluated shape and material consistent when developing color variants, and replace damaged items rather than continuing use with a weakened projecting feature.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
