A chair leg rubber cap surrounds the end of a matching leg and provides a rubber contact surface at the floor. The internal shape needs to follow the leg's outside profile, including corner radii or taper where present. A cap that grips only at its opening may still allow the leg end to move inside it.
Measure the leg near its end and consider how far it should enter the cap. The seating depth determines where load reaches the bottom, while the sidewall fit helps retain the covering as the chair is lifted or moved. Remove sharp burrs or damaged edges that could cut into the rubber during fitting.
Push the cap on in line with the leg, keeping the bottom seated evenly. Check all supports together on a level surface so one partly fitted cap does not create a height difference. Inspect the base for wear and trapped dirt during cleaning. Replacement is appropriate before the leg breaks through the contact surface or the cap becomes loose enough to be left behind.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
