Silicone push buttons use a flexible molded section to move between their resting and pressed positions. The intended keystroke depends on that geometry and the support provided by the enclosure. A button's elastic feel when held loose does not define its final travel or actuation force in the assembled control.
Check the head, wall and underside actuator as connected features. A wider head may change how an edge press loads the wall, while an incorrect board distance can leave too little or too much travel. The surrounding opening should guide the button without scraping its moving surface.
Evaluate the finished panel through complete presses and releases, including the normal finger approach. Keep neighboring keys independently operable where the layout requires it. During care, remove buildup around the openings without forcing sharp objects into the gap. If a key becomes uneven after servicing, inspect the locating and clamping surfaces so a trapped edge is corrected before the rubber is replaced or modified.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
