Match the attachment and installation method
A silicone single keypad should sit in its designated panel position without the housing pulling its supporting area out of shape. The visible operating surface, locating profile and underside contact relationship all belong to the custom design, even when the interface contains only one control.
Develop the dimensions around the enclosure opening and selected switch assembly. Check whether nearby hardware constrains the rubber and whether the component can be installed in its intended orientation without excessive stretching. The molded part should reach its seat before the panel is fastened.
Evaluate operation after final assembly, including presses at the locations a user is likely to touch. Inspect for a return that changes when the housing is tightened or held. Electrical behavior must be assessed with the chosen contact arrangement. During replacement, compare the locating and underside features as well as the exposed shape so a visually similar single-button component does not introduce a different fit beneath the panel.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The visible operating surface, locating profile and underside contact relationship all belong to the custom design, even when the interface contains only one control. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
