Match the attachment and installation method
An 80mm rubber suction cup offers a larger nominal surface attachment that must fit the available contact area as a whole. The cup needs continuous support around its sealing lip; a clear patch beneath the center is not enough if an edge crosses a ridge or curved section. Custom size, color and rubber choices can suit the intended fitting.
Examine the full contact region before installation. Glass joints, surface texture and nearby boundaries can affect the lip even when the central area looks smooth. Also check the attachment above the cup so it does not introduce an unintended sideways pull or turning force.
Trial the assembled arrangement with the actual item and intended contact duration. The 80 mm name does not specify a load rating or guarantee retention on every smooth-looking surface. Clean both contact faces and inspect the perimeter for cuts before fitting. When moving the assembly, release the suction first instead of dragging the larger lip across the surface. After removal, examine the rubber around the connection as well as the outer edge before returning the cup to use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
