Silicone single switch buttons need a locating arrangement that keeps each control aligned with its housing opening and underlying actuator. A small independent part can tilt during enclosure closure if it is not properly seated. The molded geometry should make the intended position repeatable.
Custom dimensions, shapes and colors allow the button to follow the product. Define the resting gap and useful travel with the actual switch. The key face should allow normal presses without contacting the housing edge.
Evaluate the complete assembly after fastening, including presses near the edge and release after holding the button. Check whether the switch is preloaded at rest or the rubber returns unevenly. During assembly, keep small locating surfaces clear of debris and avoid forcing the part into alignment with the cover. If the button begins to lean after service, inspect its seat and the underlying support before changing material hardness. Use a cleaning method compatible with the selected silicone and any marking applied to the visible surface.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
