An NBR rubber shock-absorber should be developed for the actual load, movement, and substances at its industrial installation. Custom dimensions can follow the attachment and working space. The NBR formulation needs to suit the specific fluid exposure rather than being treated as universally compatible with all operating environments.
Identify the working face or supported region and the direction of force. The surrounding hardware should keep the component aligned without trapping a flexible section. Installed height also needs to preserve clearance to nearby parts through the intended movement.
Use the equipment's specified fitting arrangement and evaluate the complete setup under normal conditions.
