Product Overview

An NBR rubber shock-absorber should be developed for the actual load, movement, and substances at its industrial installation. Custom dimensions can follow the attachment and working space. The NBR formulation needs to suit the specific fluid exposure rather than being treated as universally compatible with all operating environments.

Identify the working face or supported region and the direction of force. The surrounding hardware should keep the component aligned without trapping a flexible section. Installed height also needs to preserve clearance to nearby parts through the intended movement.

Use the equipment's specified fitting arrangement and evaluate the complete setup under normal conditions. During maintenance, inspect the rubber for swelling, cuts, or persistent deformation and check the connection for movement. Reassess the material if the fluids or cleaning process change. Replace with the required formulation and geometry rather than a similar-looking part selected only by size. Preserve the original support relationship when restoring the component to service.

Material options
NBR compound options, customized alongside the profile and contact conditions.
Hardness selection
Solid rubber options: 30–90 Shore A. Identify the working face or supported region and the direction of force.
Custom geometry
Custom dimensions can follow the attachment and working space.
Fit evaluation
Use the equipment's specified fitting arrangement and evaluate the complete setup under normal conditions.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; part identification clear of mounting seats and loaded faces.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
