A conductive silicone rubber keyboard for remote control uses a supporting molded sheet to keep multiple keys in their intended relationship. That sheet should fit the enclosure without buckling or being trapped beneath a locating feature, because distortion can change several keys at once.
Develop the outer outline, key positions and contact geometry around the actual housing and board. Include the areas where the sheet is held when the remote closes, and keep moving key sections clear of those constraints. The selected conductive system needs evaluation with the complete assembly.
Place the keyboard in its locating features before securing the enclosure. After assembly, compare the operation of keys in different areas, especially near corners and fasteners. If several keys change response together, inspect the supporting sheet and housing fit before treating each button as a separate defect. During service, keep the underside clean and preserve the intended stack arrangement so a misplaced layer does not distort the replacement keyboard in the same way.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
