Match the attachment and installation method
Custom rubber tires for toy cars should engage their receiving wheels securely while preserving the intended rolling shape. The inner profile, width and outside diameter need to be developed together. A tire that matches the visible wheel size may still shift if its rim interface is unsuitable.
Material, dimensions, hardness and color can be customized for the toy. Evaluate the chosen compound and retained construction for the intended users and play conditions. The complete wheel assembly should leave clearance to the body and axle supports throughout its normal movement.
Check rolling and turning on representative surfaces, looking for sideways creep, body rubbing or uneven deformation around the rim. Inspect the tire after the expected handling rather than assessing only a newly assembled wheel. Keep debris away from the contact surface during care and examine the retention region for splits. If the wheel design changes, review the tire's inside geometry as well as its outside appearance before carrying the same molded component into the revised toy.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A tire that matches the visible wheel size may still shift if its rim interface is unsuitable. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
