A Protective Handle Sleeve covers a handle with a flexible outer layer. The fit should be assessed while the hand moves between its normal gripping positions, since that motion can reveal a loose edge or a section that bunches up even when the sleeve looks smooth at rest.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, rubber material, hardness, color and branding. Choose the internal profile around the handle and the external shape around the space available to the hand. Keep necessary clearance at joints or moving parts rather than extending the sleeve into them to gain extra engagement.
Seat the sleeve on a clean handle and check that its edges rest in their intended positions. Operate the handle without using excessive hand pressure to keep the cover from rotating. If it shifts, review the fit before regular use. During cleaning, remove residue that could remain between the rubber and handle, and allow the sleeve to return to its molded form before refitting. Replace a split edge rather than trimming it repeatedly until the intended grip coverage is lost.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Operate the handle without using excessive hand pressure to keep the cover from rotating. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
