A Rectangular Rubber Cover can be customized as a silicone cap for an opening or exposed component. Length, width and corner contours determine the outline, while cover depth determines how far it overlaps the mating part. All of these features need to agree with the intended contact and available clearance.
Check the cap at each corner during fitting. The long sides may look settled while one corner has caught on the component beneath it. A deep cover also needs room internally so it does not bottom against a projection before its perimeter reaches the intended seat.
Select material and hardness for the working environment. Where water protection is required, evaluate the cover on the complete assembly under the expected exposure, including adjacent joints. During cleaning or removal, avoid prying against a thin corner. Inspect the cap for cuts and lasting distortion before refitting, and clear the mating rim of particles. An undamaged rectangular outline helps the cover return to the same position around the full perimeter.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Length, width and corner contours determine the outline, while cover depth determines how far it overlaps the mating part. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
