A rubber bellows accordion tube uses a folded wall to accommodate movement between its ends. The custom dimensions can be adapted to the mounting points and the space around the moving assembly. Its accordion form makes the working length range an essential part of selection.
Consider the shortest and longest positions the assembly reaches, together with any sideways movement. The folds need room when compressed and must not be pulled beyond the intended extended position. Nearby brackets, fasteners, and housing edges can interfere with the bellows even if there is adequate clearance when the mechanism is stationary.
The end connections should keep the tube located without distorting the first folds. Check the full motion after installation and look for rubbing, trapped sections, or twisting. Keep debris from accumulating between the folds where it could obstruct movement. A bellows used as a moving cover should not automatically be treated as a pressure hose. Select the material and construction for the actual role, operating environment, and movement of the complete assembly.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
