Match the attachment and installation method
Rubber bumpers can be custom shaped for a defined contact point between components. Material, dimensions, hardness, and color can be selected around the assembly. The bumper should meet the moving or resting part where the design intends, with enough supported rubber to accommodate the required contact.
Start with the contact position and direction of force. A bumper that is correct in height but too narrow may receive load at an edge, while a broad face may interfere with adjacent features. The attachment needs to hold the part in its intended orientation through normal operation.
Evaluate the complete movement rather than judging the loose rubber alone. The surrounding mechanism establishes the forces and limits that the bumper must suit. Install using the specified retention method and check for unintended hard contact nearby. During care, inspect the contact face and attachment region for wear, cracking, or displacement. A replacement should match the original geometry and compound so that the component reaches the same intended stop position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
