Product Overview

Rubber bushing bellows combine a shaped end interface with a flexible folded body. Their dimensions need to follow the components at both ends, including any step or shoulder used to locate the part. The water-bellows description should be developed into a specific function before the profile is selected.

If the part surrounds a joint as a cover, check internal clearance and the movement it must accommodate. If it forms part of a water connection, define the contact medium and operating conditions as well as the end seats. These arrangements place different demands on the same general folded shape, so neither should be assumed from an exterior image.

ETOL offers custom dimensions, compound, hardness and color. Evaluate the proposed part with the real mating pieces and observe the end regions as the body moves. A locating shoulder should remain engaged without pinching the adjacent flexible wall.

During installation, align the end interfaces before securing the connection. Check that no fold is trapped beneath a retaining feature. Inspect the narrow regions near both ends during maintenance, where movement and an uneven fit can concentrate deformation. Any sealing requirement belongs to the finished connection under its specified operating conditions.

Material options
Custom silicone compound; formulation and geometry developed together.
Hardness selection
Silicone options: 20–80 Shore A. Rubber bushing bellows combine a shaped end interface with a flexible folded body.
Custom geometry
If the part surrounds a joint as a cover, check internal clearance and the movement it must accommodate.
Fit evaluation
Evaluate the proposed part with the real mating pieces and observe the end regions as the body moves.
Color & OEM
Custom colors; identification clear of folds and end connections.

Ordering this custom component

Can the shape be adjusted to my mating parts?

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.

Which details should be agreed before tooling?

Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.

Can a sample help define the replacement?

A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.

How is the quotation for this part determined?

The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
