Round silicone rubber end caps fit over a circular termination to provide a molded covering. Custom internal diameter and depth establish the cavity, while wall thickness, hardness and color determine the finished configuration. The cavity should reflect the full end profile, including any radius or projection inside the covered area.
Check where the cap is intended to stop. Side engagement and contact at the closed face are different relationships, and the design should allow each to occur as intended. If an internal projection reaches the closed face first, the cap may look fitted while its sidewall remains only partly engaged. Avoid forcing it further until the interference is understood. Keep the interior free of particles before installation, particularly where the cap covers a finished surface. Remove by the accessible body rather than stretching a small portion of the rim. Match the silicone formulation to the surrounding materials and exposure, and inspect the lip for tears after repeated removal so the cap continues to sit in its intended position.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
